I’m in a rush, there’s no line, perfect. But while I’m standing, waiting to check out, the five workers at the store are standing around chatting with each other. I made it a point to look at them, couple of them glanced my way, continued to chat, so I walked out
Love love sephora ladies on this locations specially Krystel ..she always have a patience to help me ..and recommend lots of amazing stuff ..they're so kind friendly and such a great customer service ..and recently i shopped Loren has helped me with skincare products that I never new and it was awesome..thank you sephora staff for making us enjoying our shopping there !! Went there yesterday to test out some perfumes and skincare products and to get my birthday gift. However, when I ask for samples, the lady told me that they don't have samples, which is weird the young lady gave off vibes that she didn't want to give me anything.
Good customer service always makes you come back and Litzy was wonderful and very helpful.
Is being mean a requirement to work here? After reading the comments I realize that it happens more than I imagined and that I am not exaggerating. I went to this store about a week ago and one of the employees (she was a young white girl) was so rude that it seemed like our very presence bothered her, she looked at us as if we couldn't pay for something from this store or if we were going to steal something , at the moment we needed her help she was very rude. I definitely do not recommend this place.
