NEVER purchase any makeup here with a Sephora gift card. I purchased a foundation and it was a terrible match from the associate. They didn’t sell the product I usually purchase. I returned and they gave me a Kohl’s merchandise credit and told me they cannot put the money back on a Sephora gift card. So Kohl’s stole $50 from me and told me they cannot do anything about it. Spoke to linda and another manager and they all told me that was it. Such a trash partnership. Go to a real Sephora store. Never shop here for makeup.
Super helpful staff
Our cashier was very helpful. We were approved for a department store card which was helpful since we were buying clothing and accessories for returning to the office.
I wish I got this woman’s name, she walked over to my mom and I, my mom was looking at some Sephora brand powder, turns out they didn’t have it in stock in her color, only the sample she tried. This woman came over and asked if we needed help at the beginning of my mom looking and we said no thank you. Then as we were searching for the correct color, she came over again annoyed bc I accidentally dropped the make up pad in the sample powder.
