Our cashier was very helpful. We were approved for a department store card which was helpful since we were buying clothing and accessories for returning to the office.
I wish I got this woman’s name, she walked over to my mom and I, my mom was looking at some Sephora brand powder, turns out they didn’t have it in stock in her color, only the sample she tried. This woman came over and asked if we needed help at the beginning of my mom looking and we said no thank you. Then as we were searching for the correct color, she came over again annoyed bc I accidentally dropped the make up pad in the sample powder. Lisa was very helpful and friendly greeted everyone with a smile was very knowledgeable and an all around delight a lot of the makeup counter girls have attitudes she was a pleasure thanks Lisa 🥰 she asked me if I needed helps said Hello didn’t ignore me or act like she didn’t want to be bothered great customer service made me want to actually buy things I was unsure about … need more like her !!!
I will never shop in that store ever! I was trying to purchase some stuff and I was needing assistance. One girl just walked off and the other one was talking for almost an hour to a friend so I left my products there and walked out. I’ve never had such a horrible experience, Sephora has many products that I could use, but I refuse to ever shop in any Sephora again, somebody needs to straighten them out
