Come in yesterday to purchase products but did not dare ask for any help. April offered no assistance. She has the worse customer service skills I have ever seen. She is an awful representative for the store. Her avoidance techniques are exceptional. Next time I will seek my needs at another store.

I had the worst customer service experience at this Sephora. Two of the associates were extremely agreessive, and surprisingly lazy as I asked for help. I just needed assistance finding the best skin care for sensitive skin, and what my unertones were. There was another kind associate that helped after seeing her coworkers being so unhelpful. I did so much research prior to going in, I just wanted to validate what I was reading. I was made to feel so uncomfortable.

Came here over the weekend was struggling on which hair products to get & there was one employee that came over to help & recommend a few for me, took her advice & they worked amazing for me! 10/10 employee

I experienced the worst custo.er service at this Sephora location! Other locations are excellent! After asking a salesperosn there about a specific perfume, she didn't bother to check if they had it in store and answered that I could buy it online!! I requested her to check since I came to the store and needed it today as a birthday gift! After she finally moved and I waited for a while, I decided to leave this store and bought it at Ulta!!
