10/19/23 @ around 4pm Went in the store for a new foundation. The only 2 woman working there couldn’t get enough of some really good personal conversation. I Proceeded to ask one of the ladies to recommend a foundation. It was like I was talking to myself, they continued with their conversation and ignored the fact I was standing there waiting for a response. I’ve been to a lot of different Sephoras and I can tell you that this one is the most unprofessional one ever. So disappointed left without a new foundation. I’ll just ... read more
I don’t usually leave reviews but my mom and I got the best customer service at Sephora today! Valeria was very knowledgeable and outgoing and made it a great experience! I normally go to the Turlock location but I will be coming here from now on. 10/10!
