The staff was not welcoming and made it seem that they didn't really want to help me while I was there. Staff only said anything to me when I checked out and I was even the only one in the store. Most of the products weren't even stocked both times when I went in. Better off going to a different Sephora.
Terrible. I was being followed around by an employee, keep in mind I was one of the 2 people of color there. It was an awful experience, and the employee that was following me around was very catty and had a very ugly attitude. She was gossiping about another customer to the other employee, mind you the customer was black, in front of me. At her GROWN age, she should not be acting like a child.
