Absolutely the worse Sephora I’ve ever been to. The worker tonight 02-18-26 had a terrible attitude . I wanted to exchange a powder that was the wrong shade and that’s what I asked but instead she went and refunded my card without even telling me which takes 3-7 business day by the way . If I would have known you couldn’t do an exchange at all without a physical receipt even though I had bought it on my actual Sephora account I would have just kept the makeup and waited but she didn’t even give me an option or ask just refun... read more

Did not feel enthusiasm or high customer- friendly attitude of staff there.See complaints in other reviews , for which there is no response from Sephora or Kohl's Manager.This is very sad. Management's of both MUST address such issues professionally and resolve ASAP. Do not see progress unless professional working is induced.
