I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Sephora this Friday morning. Reanna was so knowledgeable about all the products and unhurriedly consulted what would be best for my complexion. We tried several products and Reanna was both candid and professional. I happily left with a bag of cosmetics that I can't wait to incorporate in my beauty routine.

Very rude older workers who show that they have no desire to help their customers. Will not be returning to this store.

If it wasn’t for Zenia, I would have walked out of Sephora empty handed and frustrated. She took the time to help me find the exact shades of makeup I was after, and even entertained my need for clean ingredients. Zenia was knowledgeable and genuine, and that’s hard to come by.

I stopped here to purchase a perfume for my daughter. As soon as I entered the Sephora I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who offered to help me. She explained that they hadn't gotten it in yet but suggested another location where she knew they were in stock. I really appreciated her welcoming demeanor. This was Sunday September 22 in the afternoon so while I didn't catch her name, whoever worked that day shout out to her.

Sarah was my unfortunate encounter who was rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. She was upset that I refused a bag from her while shopping. Then when I forgot my debit card in my card, she gave me a nasty look. Mind you, there was no one else buying anything. When I came back with my method of purchase, she was talking to another co worker making lewd gestures. When I finally paid, I asked for a bag where she simply looked at me and said well it's 10cents like I didn't just spend over $100. I told her well you didn't ask ... read more
