I used to like this location because it's always clean and quiet, plus their testers are in good shape. However, every time I've visited in the past few months I've had a Sephora or Kohl's employee follow me around the store and stare at me without speaking to me once, even neglecting other customers who need help to do so. I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Sephora this Friday morning. Reanna was so knowledgeable about all the products and unhurriedly consulted what would be best for my complexion. We tried several products and Reanna was both candid and professional. I happily left with a bag of cosmetics that I can't wait to incorporate in my beauty routine.

Very rude older workers who show that they have no desire to help their customers. Will not be returning to this store.

If it wasn’t for Zenia, I would have walked out of Sephora empty handed and frustrated. She took the time to help me find the exact shades of makeup I was after, and even entertained my need for clean ingredients. Zenia was knowledgeable and genuine, and that’s hard to come by.

I stopped here to purchase a perfume for my daughter. As soon as I entered the Sephora I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who offered to help me. She explained that they hadn't gotten it in yet but suggested another location where she knew they were in stock. I really appreciated her welcoming demeanor. This was Sunday September 22 in the afternoon so while I didn't catch her name, whoever worked that day shout out to her.
