It’s insane to not have free samples available for customers who spend $200+ available . All other Sephora’s I go to always have something to offer. Service is slow here every time I go. Not coming back. It’s small, slow and bad service
So very disheartened, went to Sephora in the South Bay galleria Redondo Beach, I was there good approximately 30 minutes 9 minutes of which I was completely ignored or even looked at by the staff , after several turns in the aisle I finally found what I was looking for with no help from any sales associate. Tried to go in today to get a brand new makeup routine, wanted to start completely fresh with new products. I was the only person in the store and the associate there was completely unhelpful. didn’t ask if i was looking for anything and even when approached she again offered Zero help. it was a terrible experience and makes me think i should’ve stuck with mac.
