What a horrible experience, first off let me start by saying I love shopping at Sephora; however this particular location is not customer friendly, I went in the store today to purchase perfume and makeup the two women that was working look like they should of been working on the Kohl’s floor and not in the actual makeup area, on top of it all I was being followed by the worker as if I came into the store to steal, note I had on my work uniform with logo and badge. I finally get to the counter to check out, and she took off ... read more

Maybe don’t complain about customers walking in when you close in 10 minutes directly in front of them. It’s Christmas Eve some people need to get last minute gifts. Talked to me in a really rude tone that were closing soon as i was literally standing in line. I’ve worked in customer service too i understand it’s annoying but have the decency to at least not complain like that in front of people.
