I’m giving this visit 3 stars because while the store was clean and well-stocked on some items, the customer service fell short. I needed assistance with finding a specific shade, so I asked one of the multiple employees who were standing together in the aisle. She gave me a quick recommendation and checked her device to see if it was in the back since the shelf was empty. When it turned out to be out of stock, she just left it at that and walked away. Employee was collecting my personal information, saying she needed to very my account, account i didn't have… until i asked her why she was asking for all the i formation if she said she found an account(that she said i had but i didnt) , i told her to process my transaction and i didn't want an account… she looked at me with attitude and become really rude after that… people needs to ask permission before getting all the personal information and inform what are really doing , i know they have goals but they need to inform t... read more
