Worst customer service ever! Every time I visit this store, whichever employee is working is consistently rude and demeaning. Rehire or retrain.
I love sephora but this is the one with the worst customer service ever
I visited Sephora a while ago and had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, an attendant asked if I needed help while I was on a call, so I politely gestured for her to wait. Once I finished, I asked if they had Kayali perfumes, and she very rudely said no without even checking or making an effort to help. Things are affordable and you have some nice things
My cashier named Jane was super accommodating and nice! She gave me a few extra samples! I had a great experience at this branch thanks to her! I also found a product that I’ve been looking for that was sold out online!
