I was here today. I did report to the manager. But I was not happy. I came in here to buy gifts card. I was approaching the checkout. And hanging up the phone. One of the girls called the other employee and they both looked at me up and down. And then said can I help you?. I knew instantly that they thought I was stealing. Just cause someone is on there phone doesn’t mean they are stealing. Crazy and I bought a 100 dollar gift card. I do not appreciate it. I will not come back here. Horrible situation that Happend.
A young lady there named Noor, she was so kind and helped me find skin care that is healing my acne that I've had now for several years. So helpful and so sweet, genuinely wanted me to have a product that would help me and not just trying to upsell me. I hope you guys give her some recognition for her efforts, :) Normally I am an Ulta shopper, but I think I might switch now to Sephora.
Absolutely amazing service from Uyen. Such great service that I called the store back and wanted her name so I could leave this review. She was very polite, professional and literally helping EVERYONE all over the store as well as the register. The way she was talking to other customers and giving them great options and the questions she was asking made me want to wait around JUST so I could talk to her and get help from her.
