I had a delightful experience at Kohls I not only found everything I went after for school clothes for my children, when I got to the check out I had the most delightful person to check me out her names was RosaLee and she was so kind and sweet. She is an asset to that store.

Very poor customer service. I first went to the kohls in Elmhurst to see if it's possible they can print me out a reciept for a toy that I had bout my nephew dec 5th and he didn't open it till xmas of course and it was broken and cracked and I could not find reciept anywhere so I thought it would be easier for her to return it if I mailed her a reciept since she lives in moline and they said absolutely we can print that out for u just had to look it up on my charge card. I just have to say how wonderful and supportive this store is!! I have never in 6 years of doing a cancer fundraiser meet a business as supportive as Kohl's. They ARE there for us as a community and do care. As a shopper . . . I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect and they go out of their way to make us as a customer happy. As far as I'm concerned . . . this is my first stop anytime I shop and gladly support this store!! Thank You Kohl's for being about us and not the dollar

I will never go back to this store, I went 1 time and was accused of shoplifting . I was humiliated! They called the cops on me and I was arrested with no merchandise found on me
The management at this store are morons, the shop floor looks like a thrift store and the lack of cleanliness and product knowledge in the beauty department is disturbing!
Sunday morning, May 4, Kohls department store, had someone throwing bags with advertisements on my front lawn and on my neighbor lawns as well. I am not happy that after cleaning up my yard, an environmental unfriendly corporation, intentional litters our neighborhood. The Greece store will tell you it was not them call corporate, typical pass the buck. Either they are intentional causing me to clean up after the mess they created. I will not be shopping at Kohls and I hope that you do not either.
