Customer service is the worst, I'm never coming here again. I wanted to purchase cologne and facial products, probably would have cost me a pretty penny I guess I'll keep my money in my pocket.
Shout out to Sephora employee Nayeli that did a great job on matching my foundation. She is bilingual as well (Spanish language). Keep your great job, make a difference.
(Sephora in Kohls) is HORRIBLE. Their customer service is non-existent and the store Manager seems to just hire anyone without vetting them or following up on their service. Maybe there’s some biases going on because the store manager doesn’t seem to be caring what’s going on at Sephora. I go to kohls weekly and occasionally stop at Sephora here.
