(Sephora in Kohls) is HORRIBLE. Their customer service is non-existent and the store Manager seems to just hire anyone without vetting them or following up on their service. Maybe there’s some biases going on because the store manager doesn’t seem to be caring what’s going on at Sephora. I go to kohls weekly and occasionally stop at Sephora here. Aya was incredibly helpful! She took the time to help me choose the perfect concealer color to match my skin tone. She pointed out a setting powder and helped me find a round brush too. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I super appreciated her assistance! Aya provided AWESOME customer service! I'll be coming here for any future makeup, hair or fragrance purchases!
