I was so surprised how poorly the management team treated their customers. There was a sweet alderly lady that needed a price check on clothing & asked two managers, if they could help her. Instead of helping, they suggested her to go to the checkout and ask the cashier. The check out line was 5 people long on each row. The Kohl's employees walked away from her talking about where to put displays & inventory coming soon. Really? with a variety of items from trendy clothes to home decor, this is my fave store locally. some items are overpriced, but if i can wait for a sale, it is usually worth it.
