La atención pésima las empleadas ni siquiera saludan pero además el sitio luce sucio descuidado hace meses no limpian el polvo ni organizan y limpian la mercancía los precios o no existen o no están actualizados, realmente siendo una marca tan buena y exclusiva este es el primer sitio que veo en tan pésimas condiciones

Terrible service at the Sephora inside Kohl’s in Homestead. The employee was rude, told me to “relax,” and made me repeat that I bought the product there several times before finally finding my account. I’m a Rouge member — I know how this works. After reading the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s been treated this way. How has Sephora not done anything about it? Avoid this location — the staff needs serious retraining.
I went to Sephora today looking for help and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Gaby. When she returned from her break, I asked her a simple question about which foundation shade matched my skin tone because I truly needed guidance. Instead of assisting me, she responded in a rude and dismissive way, showing no interest in helping at all.
