I went to Sephora today looking for help and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Gaby. When she returned from her break, I asked her a simple question about which foundation shade matched my skin tone because I truly needed guidance. I had an extremely frustrating experience with the manager at Sephora in Kohl’s. I was charged twice for a cream, and when I brought it to their attention, I was told to come back in three days. When I returned after the charge clearly went through on my bank account, the manager told me to come back in another three days. I was understandably upset and insisted on a refund — which she finally processed, but not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or the mistake.
