Terrible service at the Sephora inside Kohl’s in Homestead. The employee was rude, told me to “relax,” and made me repeat that I bought the product there several times before finally finding my account. I’m a Rouge member — I know how this works. After reading the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s been treated this way. How has Sephora not done anything about it? Avoid this location — the staff needs serious retraining.
I went to Sephora today looking for help and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Gaby. When she returned from her break, I asked her a simple question about which foundation shade matched my skin tone because I truly needed guidance. I had an extremely frustrating experience with the manager at Sephora in Kohl’s. I was charged twice for a cream, and when I brought it to their attention, I was told to come back in three days. When I returned after the charge clearly went through on my bank account, the manager told me to come back in another three days.
