I had an extremely frustrating experience with the manager at Sephora in Kohl’s. I was charged twice for a cream, and when I brought it to their attention, I was told to come back in three days. When I returned after the charge clearly went through on my bank account, the manager told me to come back in another three days. I was understandably upset and insisted on a refund — which she finally processed, but not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or the mistake. LOVE this Sephora located in the Khols, there’s tons of parking and it’s located as soon as u walk in. Great customer service EVERY single time! Plus amazing birthday freebies and no “Sephora kids” I’ve never seen self displays ruined or any ruined testers or anything of that nature. They keep this location very clean. 🧽 My daughter loves their mini sections where u can find your favorites on a smaller more affordable scale.
