Ms. Kia needs a raise! I stumbled into Sephora after a morning at work that could only be described as "disappointing." As usual, Ms. Kia, appearing being one of the busiest people in the store, she still took time to help me. I asked about a NYX product your location doesn't carry, and instead of sending me down the street to Ulta, she recommended an alternative, demonstrated it on herself, and somehow convinced me to spend money on products I didn't even know I needed. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SEPHORA. It also has such great deals! 10/10 recommend!
I was in here one time for like 10-15 minutes, and no one helped me. No one asked if I needed any help or anything. One lady wanted to be behind the counter on her phone. I'll never stop here again! Two different employees walked past me more than once and didn't offer any help.
Was in there for about five minutes, never offered help. The employees were just talking about how they weren’t working and how easy the job was.
