My son went to pick up my order and the store they said the order didn't exist. He waited in line for 20 minutes to be told it wasn't there. I had to call customer service and they confirmed the order was there and ready for pickup. He had to get back in line and eventually got my package after about 45 minutes of arriving. It was a gift for my sister and he was arriving at the luncheon. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I would not recommend this location to anyone and would suggest going to Ulta instead.
Horrible customer service , Kayle- store associate has no experience in handling the customers needs! During Xmas I had an exchange on cologne , she made an error and gave me the difference in Kohls credit no cash refund like I asked, couldn’t reverse it according to her ! Messy attitude !
Devianna at Sephora was very helpful. I only came in for one item but took a whole new makeup routine. I love the natural look. I will be back for new haircare products soon. Thanks!
This place has yet to have anything I have wanted. Very limited inventory, disinterested employees
