Alanna was honestly the sweetest at Sephora! She didn’t make me feel rushed at all and actually listened to what I wanted. She’s super knowledgeable about the products and gave me recommendations that I ended up loving. She made the whole shopping thing so much easier and fun — definitely my go-to person there now!

There were two employees at the time, they eventually spoke to say hi as i was looking for an item. One walked right pass me (as i was looking) and asked someone if they needed help. I was never offered help so i left. I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Almost every time I come here they never have what I’m looking for in stock. Yet somehow, the employees are always too busy “stocking” or messing with product to actually help you, the customer. I asked for them to look in the drawer for bronzer and her response was “I can just tell you we probably don’t have it.” Unless you’re just browsing, I wouldn’t waste your time coming here. Go to a stand alone legit Sephora where customer service actually exists and products are organized and on the shelf.
