Amazing experience last night shopping for my marine son’s gf gift while he is away. I stopped by looking for an item in a certain price range and the sales associate Gabrielle was superb. She was patient and spot on in the products. I was searching for something vanilla scented and she helped me find the perfect item in that range. She may be young but she will go far for her kindness, patience, and overall great customer service.
No greetings or help, the old lady at checkout is super rude at the counter she keeps blaming me for her confusion I was putting my number at the screen pay like what I normally do when I shop then she said "Hello do you hear me dont put your number" like she so pissed coz for some reasons she said that she cant do the discoount when I out my number she wants to sign in my account on the pad instead. The employee checking out our order was so helpful and got us an appropriate alternative for a product my daughter picked up when she noticed the product had an ingredient geared towards adult pores. Super helpful and sweet!
I ordered from Sephora. I had an issue with my packages going missing. In fact, they were stolen. Contacted Sephora for help.They told me that they would not refund me or replace the stolen items. Now i'm out over $700.00! Because I don't have a purchase history. I suggest. None of this was even written down anywhere on their website either. They didn't even have shipping security.
