Location is well laid out. Had one very helpful employee on the floor. Unfortunately, I paid with 3 gift cards, and as a cashier swiped each one, she set it down behind the counter. Apparently, she assumed the last $13 and some change of my purchase must be the exact amount that had been on that card? I had to ask for it back. She said the balance isn't on the receipt, so I checked the balance on the sephora website. I definitely still had a balance on the card. I’ve been there now about 4 times and each time, they do not have the product in stock (only the testers) and the associates (who are nice!) just direct me to order online; it’s really disappointing.
I love the atmosphere the customer rep where very helpful. I was having issues finding my perfect foundation she was so helpful and patient
Great experience! Couldn't find my shade at a different location & this location had the last bottle & had it on hold until I arrived! I appreciate you guys!!
