I met one of the rodgers sephora employees she was the absolute SWEETEST, made my day. No judgement, helped me with what I needed, suggested things too that I never tried , Just very welcoming too, very kind and always has a smile, thats the type of sephora workers I love to come into, thank you Tristan <3 she made my night

I went in on 11/11/25 around 5-6 pm and all three of the ladies who helped me were phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and provided me with great recommendations. The Ole Hendrickson lip was a great rec!
Location is well laid out. Had one very helpful employee on the floor. Unfortunately, I paid with 3 gift cards, and as a (different) cashier swiped each one, she set it down behind the counter. Apparently, she assumed the last $13 and some change of my purchase must be the exact amount that had been on that card? I had to ask for it back. She said the balance isn't on the receipt, so I checked the balance on the sephora website. I definitely still had a balance on the card.
