I went to this location today because it's around the corner from my home. Everytime I go here I feel like I am not being assisted. I have witnessed white women come in a they spend long periods of time with them. My money is green and spends the same. This location definitely can do better with treating all colors equally. Unfortunately I will take the longer drive to a different location that appreciate a sale and not skin color.

I had the opportunity to be on-site for a live engraving event this past weekend, and I'm still thinking about how wonderful the experience was! Becky, Gemma, and the entire team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic from start to finish. Their energy made such a difference, not only for me as a vendor, but for every client who stopped by. You could feel how much they cared about creating a positive, memorable experience in-store. Eight hours flew by, and that really says it all. Truly a standout team!

I wish I could give this store zero stars .I have spent so much money there and still don’t feel wanted because i am a person of color . While my white counterparts get treated like royalty , Black and Brown people please don’t waste you time going in the Sephora inside of Kohl’s in Edwardsville. They don’t want our money.
