I purchased Olaplex from this Sephora store in October. Recently this year, a few studies found that an ingredient in that product causes infertility (which they’ve now removed in their recent line of products). I still have my bottle of Olaplex from October that I was using up until I found out about the lawsuit. When I called this store, I was told that I could not return it because it was too long ago, and was told essentially “lots of products have issues like this. Sephora employees are always extremely helpful and know exactly what it is I need, but Theo at this specific Sephora was absolutely phenomenal. He helped my mom and I find serums, hair masks, perfumes and was very knowledgeable in all departments. Idk what you’re paying Theo now but this employee needs a raise.
