Great customer service, a rarity in Philadelphia. I have never been a girly girl, and I find make up rather confusing. Paired with my fair skin, you can imagine I don't have the best of luck buying products. Almost everything irritates my skin. I had given up, that was until I met Michelle. She is a very helpful and informative associate at Sephora. Because of her I have found multiple items that work for me, and highlight my natural features. I will definitely be stopping in for more advice soon.

Stay Away! I have been in this store a few times with the same results, rude employees. Even the store manager was rude to me, all I wanted was a anti-aging face cream. I will never, never go there again! Now i order online.
