What a sad excuse for a Sephora. Not only were the staff extremely rude, but apparently incompetent as well. I asked about a product that was missing on the shelf and she never even bothered to look. She then went back m to watching another employee change out shelving. Two people watching one person work. Ulta is right down the road and they treat people better.
Erika was very rude and dismissive multiple times I've gone in. I always try to be very nice & understanding in these situations, but its happened multiple times and she makes me feel bad for asking for help or even just browsing! super disappointed.
lauren was absolutely amazing in helping me make an exchange. give this girl a raise!!
