I had an amazing experience today at this location. The manager “Bobbie” was very informative of all the products I was looking for. She is a very well put together representation of Sephora and kohls. Welcoming, informative, knowledgeable of all products and sales. I felt satisfied with my purchase and happy that I came into this location. Well done.
Went inside store to look for certain make up product and was not offered any help but seen workers helping everyone else that came in after I did. I ended up having to go up to one of workers and asked for the product I was looking for she was rude and seemed to look down on me. when I told her the product name she quickly told me it was discontinued but yet everywhere I looked online said it wasn’t.
