I went into Sephora at Kohl’s earlier today to see if they carried a product I was interested in. The employee completely ignored me even though it was obvious that I was looking for something by going through every isle and checked out every brand display. She walked from behind the counter to the front of the store and back and still didn’t acknowledge me at all. Very poor customer service.

I just called to see if they had a new product and I happened to call the day before but haven’t called since January, I live 2 hours away so when I plan on going I’d like to know beforehand, I called and asked if they had it and she said no and I asked if they’d be coming out with it soon and she said if she knew she can’t tell me and told me to stop calling because they don’t like it and hung up on me, I had other questions and when I called again they answered and hung up, very rude I did have more questions and I don’t k... read more
