My latest experience turned my previous experience completely around! FAYE was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional - they’re lucky to have her on their staff.
Literally FIVE employees were the ONLY people in the store, and I had to interrupt them to ask for help.
Disappointed in the professionalism, customer service, organization, and cleanliness at the Sephora Kohl’s. When asking if an item was available or in under stock, I received the body language and facial expression of someone who could not be bothered/bored at their job, but unwilling to check if the items were available with a snotty tone.
