I stopped in today to pick up a gift for my little niece and was excited to shop. I walked through the entire store, passed three employees, and each of them looked at me, but no one acknowledged me or offered to help. As I was getting ready to leave, one of the employees finally said hello. Whoa. Rarely go to Sephora but needed some face cream. ALL the staff were so friendly, upbeat and helpful and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to SHEILA. She was so informative, kind and respectful. The woman deserves a raise lol Thanks Sephora. Will definitely be coming again. The staff made it a great experience.
