Store manage doesn’t care about your concerns at all. She has a poor attitude and encourages someone to report her to corporate and her store manager at kohls as well. She thinks she is above the customer when it comes to customer service and helping a customer out. There’s a reason this has only 2.8 stars. Very limited range. That would have been ok, but for the one staff member that I asked a question to. I was basically scolded because I asked for a fragrance brand carried on the Sephora app, but not at Kohl’s Sephora. It was just a question. You’d have thought I challenged them to a duel. Y’all can do better! If you want a nice shopping experience - here isn’t the place.
Rude employees and barely any products on shelves. It was a waste of our day coming here.
