This location is horrible. The customer service is atrocious. I purchased a product via Instacart and was told I cannot return it EVEN THOUGH I have a receipt from Instacart. I was told by the “manager” that I have to return it to Instacart. As if that is an option. I have been on hold with the customer service number for 45 minutes. Do better Sephora!!
I was talking to the woman Micayla and she was wonderful and very helpful and SO knowledgeable
This store is literally the worst Sephora ever! The staff never offer to help u! They practically ignore u in the store! U have to wait 10-15 min trying to find someone to help u at the cashier!
