Bad customer service. Only one person does the color match and waiting time is over 30 minutes . They have more employees there just walking around.
I usually like to shop by myself but this time I needed help with skincare recommendations. Bella was quick to help and was very knowledgeable. She was kind and patient with helping me find the right products. This store seems to train their employees better than other locations I’ve been to, if you’re looking for good customer service this is the store.
