My experience was good for a solid year until I went to Sephora yesterday. I usually place an order online when I’m in rush! Went there to pick up my order, no one wash at the front where I was supposed to collect my order. Went into the cashier lane, 4 associates were behind the counter looking at each other because how dare I interrupt their gossip time! Extremely rude staff. I don't know if they are new, but before, when I visited the store or called, everyone was so helpful. I'm a Sephora loyal customer and have been shopping here for years, but the staff now not happy with them —they have no idea how customer service works. I also work as a customer service rep and have also worked as a manager. I know that if a customer requests something or asks anything, you have to consider them at times and their request. We went there to get some skincare with my partner, and it was disappointing to notice that other customers were offered help while we were ignored. This is the second time we’ve experienced this, and the judgmental attitude really needs to be addressed.
Got some amazing products this Wednesday, but not a great experience with the cashier. I found her attitude a little rude. I always shop at Sephora at least once a month.
