I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Maya, the person who was cashier. I understand that everyone has busy days, but as a customer spending my money on products, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. the staff were very friendly
Horrible, experience overall. Ended up going to the Sephora in Naperville and had a way better customer experience there. Also came to find 3 weeks later that we got a $62 parking ticket for parking in their lot even after buying products and paying for services. Won't ever come here again.
Had a great experience here. New to makeup and skincare and Becca was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have dark under eye circles and she helped me color match my concealer and find the perfect color corrector. Can’t recommend her enough!
