I would have left no stars but unable. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I purchased a $60 bottle of Dior foundation that only Sephora carries but did not have a receipt. The cosmetic specialist helped me pick the "perfect color." It was totally off. I went to exchange the item for the proper color, not asking for a refund -just an exchange. I came to the Sephora on White Plains to return an item I purchased. The associate, Chelsea, told me they couldn’t accept it because a piece was missing and said I’d have to go all the way back to the original store. She didn’t offer any real help or solution — just sent me away with no regard for my time, gas, or inconvenience. I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for years, but this was disappointing and showed zero customer care. Do better.

The staff are really rude and have no intentions of helping out the customers. I requested a staff to give me a product which was not in stock on the shelf and she mentioned that someone will come help me but I waited almost 10 mins and no one showed up. Whilst the person I spoke with was casually sorting some products which was clearly not the priority. Simply getting paid for being sad little dolls.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Sephora location for a while now, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in their stock and product selection over the past year. However, It’s hard to ignore the condescending and rude behavior of some of the staff, particularly those working the register. When you ask a simple question, you shouldn’t feel like you’re burdening the staff. I went to the Westchester Mall location and had to immediately leave because of how understaffed and overwhelming it was. I made the trip to Vernon Hills because it’s not that far of a drive and always a quick experience, but I ran into the STORE MANAGER from the westchester location distracting other employees and overall hanging out, I believe Stephan? It was disappointing to see a store manager completely disregard his own store’s performance.
