Probably the most uncomfortable sephora experience I've ever had. This store is way too overstaffed. There were maybe 3 people in the store and about 8 employees. I wanted to look at the minis by the register and I was confronted by 2 employees who each asked if I was checking out and repeated that I couldn't check out there for card. I had to keep repeating I just wanted to look at the minis. Manager at Sephora is unfriendly, impatient and not a nice person. I returned 2 items today at the Village Mall of Rochester location. She rang up the 2 items and I asked if she needed the online email order. She said no it won't help anything with an unfriendly tone. I thought okkkayyy, sorry I asked. She then said the return will go back to my visa and she spoke the last 4 digits. I didnt recognize the card she spoke about. So I said I used my Sephora card. I walked into the store to shop and a worker named Alyssa was very rude and disrespectful when I approached her for help she not only was rude and gave me an attitude but when I asked for help to see if there were anymore of this product, I wanted to purchase, she automatically told me that I cannot open the Drawer but I never told her I did?
