If I’m being honest there is nothing wrong with the Sephora but I had a major issue with one of the people who worked there and I think her name was Alyssa. I feel like when she was speaking to me she was giving a disrespectful tone and also I felt as if she was being kind of rude to her co workers. I feel like I would rather go to a different location from the experience I had with her. I’m very upset that I had to even deal with such thing today and I don’t think other people should have to deal with this!!!
I love this place because the staff is always willing to help out a lost guy who has no idea where to find things. Customer service is a dying art but the staff here is always great.
Sam is wonderful!!! She gave me a full skin analysis when helping me find the best skin tint shade. She made me feel confident throughout the whole process, and even gave me her honest recommendation about a skincare line that would help deliver the best results. Thank you Sam!!!!
