I had a pretty bad experience here on Wednesday. The lady who rang me up was an much older woman, with dark medium length hair and it seemed like she was a manager or something but she rang me up and I asked if there was any mascara samples they had. She said yes and pulled one out and asked if I wanted it, I said no thank you but she had already scanned it in and did a very disrespectful sigh as if it was a huge inconvenience for her to redo my transaction all over again. I was just in this location five minutes ago and I bought some thing from your Sephora Newport Center and it just wasn’t my vibe. The young lady that helped me over in that store was absolutely wonderful so I pretty much shopped for the same foundation every six months or however, long it last me and when I went into the store today because they’ve been out of this foundation that I’ve been looking for forever I I knew I was looking for I did the exchange and when I was going up to do the exchange.
