Conveniently located within Jersey Garden mall.. lots and lots of other shops in the same mall.. parking is huge, but it could get busy during weekends and holidays.. It’s a little crazy to get parking in the mall… lots of restaurants and other eateries within the mall.. Sephora really gets busy within the mall.. so many people shop here and sometimes along queue for the billing . Very poor customer service. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. They were rude, looked annoyed, and made the experience unpleasant. Customer service should be professional, respectful, and focused on helping people. This definitely needs to improve.
Zay went above and beyond to search an out of stock product for me. Customer service 10/10. She made my day!
I came in yesterday to restock some of my makeup and also for a few suggestions for me and my cousin. When wanting help, I saw ALOT of the workers speaking among themselves (like a group of 3) and I usually don’t like to interrupt people when talking so I kept looking around but everyone was either talking to each other (between co workers) or helping customers.
