Poor customer service. Seems understaffed. Everyone tells you something different from the other. I am traveling from out of state and I used the brand Claudalie. However, I forgot to pack my Vinopure cleanser, I went in with my best friend because she needed to replenish on some products. I then asked an associates if it were possible to get a travel size sample of the cleanser to use while I’m visiting for the weekend. Stood there for 23 minutes waiting for someone to bring the device to check face skin color. I simply needed 2 Georgio Armani foundations and all salespeople were condescending and kept brushing us off with “ma’am, i already called someone to come and help”. Shitty service 🥲
