I’m very disappointed. This was my first time booking an appointment with Sephora and they canceled it the same day just a few hours before without offering any alternative or solution. It was for a wedding day and this last-minute cancellation caused me a lot of stress. I expected much better service and communication from Sephora.
Not sure what is with the negative reviews but I always have the best experience at this location. The staff is so sweet and helpful here. It’s a really busy location not sure why people don’t understand that sometimes that have to wait for things… They’re always polite and make my experience fun. I only shop at this location because of how great the staff is. Keep it up sephora avalon you are all doing a great job!
The other reviews regarding the poor customer service and dismissive attitude from the staff here are not a coincidence. Today, my fiance came into the store for a simple online pick-up order, hoping for an easy and seamless transaction. Unfortunately, she experienced the exact opposite. After waiting patiently for over 10 minutes in the online order pick-up line, nobody approached her or offered to help even though she noticed multiple employees clearly ignoring her.
