Although the Avalon location has a lot of staff, not all of them are attentive and often hang out in groups and not paying attention to the clients. On the flip side, I praise the incredible customer service that Angy/Angie has provided the last two times I have visited.She listened to my needs and guided me throughout my time at the store.

The employees are rude, I was nearly physically body checked by one woman who works there. I was leaving and she was truly so close to shoulder checking me and she saw me walking towards the door. It felt like she was trying to assert her dominance over me, "I'm not moving over YOU are" vibes. It's also crazy how pushy the employees are too with the constant prodding. Let me look and leave me alone (and please don't run me over with your body after I just purchased something).

Sephora has turned into a completely overstimulating experience. I’ve shopped at Sephora for 15 years. But lately especially at this particular location you go in and they’re absolutely blasting music and dancing around and the staff will not leave you alone. If you want to play party music, ok. I don’t hate fun - but this isn’t the store/experience for that - the dancing and volume level is just too much. And check on me once. Don’t keep asking. This is why I shop at ULTA.
