Sephora has turned into a completely overstimulating experience. I’ve shopped at Sephora for 15 years. But lately especially at this particular location you go in and they’re absolutely blasting music and dancing around and the staff will not leave you alone. If you want to play party music, ok. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when ordering online as Sephora uses random couriers to deliver your order. When I contacted Sephora to call their attention to what happened, even though there’s a photo showing that the package was left on a counter, clearly not delivered, they said that there’s nothing that can be done. They didn’t even offer to ship it to a store for me to pickup. Hopefully this doesn’t have to happen to anyone else.

just went there today and Haley helped me. she took her time helping me out and was so sweet and helpful. i have never gotten such amazing service at a sephora before. that girl deserves a raise! i will definitely be coming back

The most beautiful Spirit in this location is Ivey! Her customer service and knowledge base is the absolute best. Ask for her next time you’re in Sephora at Avalon. You’ve got a gem Sephora!!!
