I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Sephora. I had a makeup appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM for a soft glam look that my mom had booked for me for my senior pictures . I arrived at 1:15 PM, only to be told through the door that the store was closed due to a power outage. I completely understand that a power outage is outside of the store's control, but what I don't understand is why I was never notified before driving there. Yesterday I went to the store and was met with beautiful kindness from Kiki. I have normal skin but large craters and pores/ hyperpigmentation. I told Kiki my problems with my current foundation and she did an amazing job recommending me foundations, matching, and giving honest feedback on which ones work best on my skin when we tried them. I had an excellent experience at Sephora in Pembroke Gardens thanks to Dezray. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to meet all of my family’s needs and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Dezray, for making our visit such a memorable one!
