I literally just walked out the store, I’m there for quite a while looking at videos on TikTok about the products because everybody seems busy. One employee asks if I’m “finding everything okay” I LITERALLY didn’t get to finish answering and she already walked away. Check the Kerastasse section 9/14/2026 at 1:00pm. I’m wearing a black shirt and brown pants. I dropped the shopping basket and left.

I went to the store and I bought a 100 dollar gift card and I ask the lady at the register if I can get some samples and she was very mean and she says that they don’t have samples. I’m very disappointed because her attitude was very rude.
