Came in for an appointment and quickly realized i had the wrong date. I apologized and then went to look at perfumes only to overhear the staff talking and laughing about me. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and wont be returning. That was unnecessary behavior from adult women for a simple mistake.

Horrible customer service. Genesis, in particular, has an extremely hostile attitude. Went to return an item purchased online, never used or opened, and she accused me of using both items inside the box. Her and her manager refused to return the item purchased 2 weeks ago, saying that it was “defective”, and we need to return online. Worst customer service at any Sephora I’ve ever been to.

Never felt more unwanted in a store. The workers were so snobby, the store was a MESS. Asked for samples and they looked at me like I called them a slur. I get it, I used to work at Sephora and I know yall have metrics to meet with scans and SPLH but it does get to a point where you’re asking if we need help too many times like just say you think we don’t know what we’re doing just say that you think we’re stealing because it was VERY obvious they did not want us there and VERY obvious it wasn’t about metrics.
