I stopped by this location yesterday after getting a facial in the area. I live in Winston-Salem so this was my first time ever coming to this location. I placed a pick up order and when I walked in, I stood behind another guest at the front of the store. When it was my turn to be helped, the lady that worked in the front of the store gave me a hard time because I did not have good enough signal to be able to pull up the barcode to scan for my order. Michelle was amazing today! I had no idea what I needed, and she was so patient and helpful. She asked thoughtful questions and actually looked at my skin to help with my winter dryness. She helped me find the perfect foundation and contour stick, and George was wonderful too. Such a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!
