I had an extremely disappointing experience with order pickup at this location. I placed an order expecting it to be ready within two hours, but it still had not been fulfilled by closing time which was 5 hours after my order. After waiting more than three hours, I ordered the same products from Ulta, and they had my order ready in less than 30 minutes. I went to this location, and Amanda attended to me in such an amazing way that I’m still impressed. She was so knowledgeable about the products, patient, and never rushed me. I ended up making a purchase of over $250, even though I originally went in for just one thing. Her way of informing and helping me was truly extraordinary. Thank you, Amanda! I’ve been to other Sephora locations, and I have never been treated with such kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
