Daughter got a perfume for Christmas and wanted to exchange and they wouldn’t do an even exchange! Because of 20% off so now they lost a customer and got it from Macy’s for cheaper with extra items!! Don’t shop there for perfume!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I shop at Sephora often, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I came in to exchange a perfume for the same item at the same price, just a different version, and was told I had to pay more because a 20% discount from the original purchase couldn’t be honored—even though it was an even exchange.
