Terrible customer service!! Not very friendly either. I asked to get a sample of makeup not a full face. I wanted to see how it would look if they can match my skin tone properly, I had an event coming up I wanted to book. I forgot the girl name that I inquired the makeup to but she smirked & went about her day like I wasn’t the only one in her presence. I still was buying something but that was a very weird thing to do. Sephora located in Kohl’s very welcoming with great personality!!

This Sephora is so shady. I came here the other day picked up 2 items and went to pay for them. A short Asian girl was helping me complete my purchase but my Google pay kept rejecting the payment. She made me feel so uncomfortable as if I was trying to steal. She had already put the items in a bag. As I was on my phone trying to figure out what the issue was with the payment, she moved the bag away from me as if I was going to snatch it & run out the store. They did my makeup terrible I got home and I. Removed all and I did by myself better than them . 100 $ gone! But I promise I will never go back I did for my baby shower but was terrible

I’m a Professional Bridal Makeup artist and for some reason I had to pick up my items from this location. This was my first time, never going back.I wasn’t greeted, treated like I’m invisible with a straight non smiling face. When you’re an associate at Sephora, you have to be kind. I am a loyal customer for so many years, plus a professional of this industry. I’m disappointed.
