WORST SEPHORA EVER! I shop at Sephora all the time and in multiple cities and one thing I can say is consistent is their amazing customer service and willing to help get products. I have been in this Sephora 4 separate times to purchase something, first 3 times no hello at the door and no one helped me or tried to help for 15 min. Today I go in and yes I understand they are busy but you have 5 associates, one is at the door and can’t leave, 2 are doing inventory and one is at the register and can not leave. Customer service was great!
I'd recommend this storefront any day over the locations in Sandhills and Columbiana. Since it's a smaller storefront, it naturally doesn't have as large of a stock, but the ambiance is quite nice and it doesn't feel as congested. They have the products I need and let me know when to expect fresh shipments when they don't. Seeing the negative reviews on the staff, I think some are just a matter of preference.
