My return of a serum bottle was not accepted within the return policy because ‘it has been used more than 10%’. But the return policy is 30 days. This serum broke me out. How can someone know how the skincare is going to perform on their skin if they don’t use it 2-3 times? How can a person keep a product for 30 days but not use it more than 10%? Macy helped me find the perfect foundation shade, which I have always struggled with, and she recommended a brand that would work best for what I was looking for. I put the product to the test today and I am so impressed with the results! Thank you so much Macy for all your help! I have come to this store many times now, and I consistently find most of the staff to be welcoming and super helpful. Chantel and Megan have been really helpful in the past too. I would absolutely recommend this location!
