Honestly, every time I come in this store, one of the employees either says something insensitive or I don't receive help at all. I came in today, and the two employees were helping others and I totally understand that! The girl that helped me once she was available was super nice. However, I will say that another customer that came in after me received a greeting and got helped first. I was not greeted. When checking out (over $100 total), I asked if I could use my points. I purchased a product from the store a little over 30 days ago. I googled the return policy that said 30 days for refund or up to 60 days for exchange. That apparently is not the case. I showed the manager, Bianca, and she would not honor it. She said I could contact customer service, when I contacted customer service they said I had to work with the store and that they shouldn't be sending us to the customer service number. Staff here are rude and disengaged—barely a greeting, no effort to be helpful. I expect that kind of attitude at a busy department store, not somewhere that’s supposed to offer a better experience. They also don’t offer any free gifts with purchase, and their “rewards” system feels misleading—you have to keep spending just to earn points toward “free” items that aren’t really free. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a department store
