I purchased a product from the store a little over 30 days ago. I googled the return policy that said 30 days for refund or up to 60 days for exchange. That apparently is not the case. I showed the manager, Bianca, and she would not honor it. She said I could contact customer service, when I contacted customer service they said I had to work with the store and that they shouldn't be sending us to the customer service number. Staff here are rude and disengaged—barely a greeting, no effort to be helpful. I expect that kind of attitude at a busy department store, not somewhere that’s supposed to offer a better experience. They also don’t offer any free gifts with purchase, and their “rewards” system feels misleading—you have to keep spending just to earn points toward “free” items that aren’t really free. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a department store

NORMALLY, I’m always treated very well at this Sephora. Always greeted kindly. Always asked if they can help. Never feel out of place. However, tonight, I stopped in. The girl acted like she didn’t want to help me. It’s fine. When I said I didn’t need help, she rolled her eyes and said “mmkay but we close in 4 minutes. Just so you know”. I understand, when you want to get closing duties done, you don’t want to be bothered. But, she could have said it in a much nicer way.
