Staff at this location are careless. I much prefer Square One or Sherway Gardens.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I was simply asking for a Fenty Beauty tester and one staff member told me they could provide it. Later, another staff member approached me in a very rude manner and said: “IT’S A DISCOUNTED ITEM, SO I CANNOT DO IT. FOR NOW IT’S OKAY, BUT NOT FROM NEXT TIME.” Excuse me? Had an unpleasant checkout experience at Sephora today, Aug29(14:30PM). The cashier’s name tag looked like it started with “A” (maybe Anna, in my memory, but not sure 100% because I was in a rush). She was chewing gum loudly while talking, which felt really unprofessional.
