Ask for the paper receipt and check it before you leave the store. I got charged twice for the same product, but I realized it only when I checked my email later in the day.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff. Staff is always making sure you know what the sales are and are happy to recommend products. The only reason why they didn't get 5* is the layout is not the best, there's not much room for everything. Except for the fragrance section, there is so much open space there. It could be made a little smaller to have more room for makeup and skincare. They could still keep all the perfumes but in a smaller area. I went to Sephora a while ago trying to find a tinted moisturizer. I went with one in mind and the sales person talked me into a different brand. I bought it and brought it home. It was too dark so I went back and got a lighter thinking I will use the darker in the summer. This one wasn’t great either. I came in for the impossible task of trying to find a stick concealer but they don’t make them anymore. I had the greatest gift of being able to be guided by Bianca who is so patient and kind. She was just as adamant of finding the products that worked for me — I ended up getting a foundation and concealer. I can’t thank her enough.
