Savannah at the Sephora on PCH in Torrance/rolling hills was such a great help today. I’ve been to two other Sephoras trying to find an everyday foundation match and still felt kinda lost, but she actually took the time to teach me about undertones and why certain shades worked better for me instead of just handing me a product and moving on. Never, ever book a makeup appointment with Reyna. I arrived at 9:45 a.m. and the store was closed, even though my appointment was scheduled for that time. They didn’t open the door until 9:55 a.m. When Reyna finally attended me, she treated me horribly and had absolutely no manners. She told me that because I arrived late, she could either do my eyes or my face — not both. I honestly don’t understand what this woman is doing working at this store. I wasn’t having the best day yesterday. I had a gift card so I decided to stop in. Several women and a gentleman Were very kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products. I was able to get a little bit of everything with my gift card. Makeup ,skincare, and hair products oh plus bunch of free samples!! Color wow dream coat being one one of my favorites that I got. My second visit to this store and thought the staff were not as friendly and helpful the first time. Same experience last night. I don’t normally give feedback but thought this one was worth writing so a change can be made.
