this is one of the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. And as a rouge member meaning that I spend top dollar there, I was followed into the skin care when I’m just grabbing one product that I always get and you all follow me and other Black people like we are criminals and it’s not for your customer service so don’t lie.
I love coming in to try new products, but every time I visit this location I feel like I’m being watched as if I’m stealing. I’m simply an indecisive customer who enjoys testing products before buying, especially since I’ve been given the wrong shade before. Being stared at every time I enter the store makes the experience very uncomfortable and honestly discourages me from shopping here. Oh my goodness Heather was sooo amazing during my trip here! It was my first time at this Sephora and I will definitely be returning. Heather was so patient and kind in helping me match my foundation, concealer, bronzer and blush! She went truly above and beyond. Heather you are amazing! 🫶😁
