Worst customer experience I’ve had at a Sephora by far. Lack of service on a slow Sunday. Was looking to get color matched and associates were standing nearby without offering any help or asking if I needed anything. Will be purchasing needed item at Ulta instead.
Review of going in 10/2/26 - The only good thing about this store is that it’s stocked. The girls working there are very UNKIND. I simply went in to buy merchandise , I had no bag, backpack of any sort because my husband carried his wallet. As I walked by one black haired girl in front and other started laughing. I was asked 3x in 5 minutes if I needed help with something. Then an Asian (little overweight) woman kept starring at me as if I was going to do something illegal.
