I love coming in to try new products, but every time I visit this location I feel like I’m being watched as if I’m stealing. I’m simply an indecisive customer who enjoys testing products before buying, especially since I’ve been given the wrong shade before. Oh my goodness Heather was sooo amazing during my trip here! It was my first time at this Sephora and I will definitely be returning. Heather was so patient and kind in helping me match my foundation, concealer, bronzer and blush! She went truly above and beyond. Heather you are amazing! 🫶😁
During my recent visit to the Sephora location in Corona, CA, I experienced treatment from an employee named Teresita that I found to be discriminatory, unprofessional, and deeply troubling. Update- had another amazing experience 10/16. Keke was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nice! I have a bit of trouble choosing the right complexion shades and she took the time to ensure I got the closest matches. Daejanique checked me out and was friendly and patient.
