The girl at the front has a bad attitude brunette hair also the girls today were very rude change your employees! Also the guard there was spying on me with the yellow glasses found it so strange.
It is great having a Sephora so close by, and I can almost always find the products I am looking for. However, the store could be a bit more organized to make browsing easier. Overall, a solid location.
I am extremely disappointed by the experience I had at TUSTIN Sephora. The manager LIZBETH I interacted with displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of treating me with professionalism and respect, they came across as arrogant, dismissive, and degrading throughout our interaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, even when there is a disagreement or issue to resolve. As I was walking in there was about 3 workers standing there and not one of them greated me and asked if I needed any help and as soon as someone else walked in they were greated!! Not sure if they pick and choose who to greet but I felt like they were just looking at me up and down as if I was going to steal something. I also asked someone for help and they told me to look around the store as they had the product I was looking for everywhere !!
