I am extremely disappointed by the experience I had at TUSTIN Sephora. The manager LIZBETH I interacted with displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of treating me with professionalism and respect, they came across as arrogant, dismissive, and degrading throughout our interaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, even when there is a disagreement or issue to resolve. As I was walking in there was about 3 workers standing there and not one of them greated me and asked if I needed any help and as soon as someone else walked in they were greated!! Not sure if they pick and choose who to greet but I felt like they were just looking at me up and down as if I was going to steal something. I also asked someone for help and they told me to look around the store as they had the product I was looking for everywhere !!
