This happened about a month ago but it just came back to my mind. I don’t usually return things so I wasn’t sure what the actual policy was. I had bought a hair mask that I hadn’t opened but when the cashier checked it, we saw it was all melted on one side—either because of how it was made or from heat. She called her manager and the manager went to the shelf, grabbed a new product and opened it to compare how much was inside.
