Sydney was super helpful and knowledgeable of all the products I am very impressed. She was also kind and attentive to everyone and she helped me find a color match.
I wanted to give a shoutout and 5 star rating to my makeup artist- Jessica M. I was visiting California for a vacation and engagement photos, I had Jessica do my makeup for my photoshoot and she absolutely killed it! As someone who doesn’t wear makeup much, I was so nervous but she was so easy to talk to and made me feel so beautiful and special! I loved her work and it turned out perfect for my photos. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their makeup/special day needs!!
If I could give this store a 0 I would. I got my birthday gift after they didn’t have the items I wanted to purchase and the employee said they cat give me a bag for my purchase since my birthday gift was free. After leaving an employee borderline almost walked into me and rolled her eyes at me. Will not be returning or renewing my rouge membership again.
This short, dark Hispanic girl with black curly hair! Who was working today, 6/08/26! She needs an attitude and reality check! This is why I avoid this location unless I absolutely need a product that no other store has in stock! This store has multiple people working and they just stand around talking the whole time and never offer assistance! Everyone here looks annoyed to help you!
