Toni helped me find a good brow pencil shade and black brown mascara, in addition to showing me a very good hair volumizing wet/dry shampoo that adds body to flat hair. I really appreciate the time Toni spent helping me!
This location was very busy and crowded. Yet I was approached twice by a sales associates offering assistance. I travel for a living and visit Sephora stores all over the world where I've been ignored. Especially at the NYC Queens Mall store. Therefore, I was impressed and accepted their offer for assistance. I spent a large amount of money on cosmetics. Of course with the help of a great sales associate.
If you want someone (like Giselle): who greets you, knows exactly what to recommend (for your specific need,) and walks you through the crazy busy, cavernous store to hand you the product ... Choose this awesome location. Once home, the product did exactly what she said it would. Giselle knocked it out of the park. What's not to love?! I'll be back.
